To begin Teresa Morse and I talked about my condo on and off for much of the last four years. We never found a house to replace the condo. We found a real fixer-upper and were able to schedule closing 2 months out. Teresa and I agreed our condo would sell fast. So one week before closing on our new home, Teresa listed our home on a Friday. It was under contract by Monday at the price we asked with a great buyer. Peter and I cannot say enough good things about Teresa. She is efficient and effective. But that doesn't describe this wonderful woman. She's your best friend for advice and help during a challenging time. Everyone knows how difficult moving can be. She was calming and helpful in every way. She never let us know we were bothering her--although we might have been with being a little anxious. if you choose to use Teresa as a seller or buyer's agent, you will not go wrong. She's been there and willing to help you. 2020 was stressful enough she lowered the stress level of selling a house.

Joe was fantastic and made us feel at ease about the home buying process. We are from out of state and really benefitted from his local knowledge. I am very glad we had his input on some of the homes we were considering. He helped us navigate to our perfect area given our needs. He also provided some insight on some fixer uppers we were looking at and what issues would be big and which wouldn’t. We are really glad we had Joe on our team and we found our dream home with him. We worked with Joe during the absolute madness of 2021. We were regularly getting outbid, at first, however Joe was surefooted and always advised what he saw houses as actually being worth considering the market, but not the outrageous overbidding people were doing. When we found THE ONE, Joe advised that we would likely want to overbid by quite a bit as the asking price was low considering the environment. While we certainly paid more than we would have pre-pandemic, we are comfortable financially and ecstatic about the wonderful long term house we found! Joe was a great help in all steps of the way, quick to respond, and almost always available to view houses at odd times like after work! Thank you Joe!
